Rested yesterday and did Thursday’s WOD for DU practice. They got smoother and strung more together!
Every 10 minutes for 40 minutes:
Row 400 m
Run 650 m
50 Double Unders
7:10/7:57/7:56/8:14

No partner. No rower. Abs are destroyed.

6min ON THE MINUTE. 5 rounds
400m run.
20# db thrusters x 12.
Pushups x 12.

About 3:15 each round.
