ONLINE PROGRAMS CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY

You must cancel your subscription prior to your next renewal date in order to avoid billing for the next billing period. You may do this by emailing info@invictusathlete.com and requesting your subscription to be cancelled. If you cancel your subscription, cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period; this means you will retain access to your subscription based content until the end of that period. If for some reason, you purchase a program and within 5 days are not satisfied with everything included, email us and we will provide a prorated refund.

If your payment method expires and you do not update your payment information on the dashboard and we are unable to process your invoice within five days from the first failed payment, your subscription will expire and you will lose access to your program.

INVICTUS RETAIL SHOP POLICY

We do our best to make sure our sizing is accurate. If you happen to order the wrong size and need an exchange, we will happily do so. We will split the cost of shipping the exchanged item to make sure you are happy with your Invictus gear!

If for some crazy reason, a product is shipped incorrectly on our part or is defective, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
