A. Up to 160#. Tied PR from March but this time without a belt. Got 155 then missed 160 and called it… and a moment later I decided to give it another shot, nothing to lose. Glad I did! B. 11:50 rx’d. 3:46/4:50/3:14 PP UB, BJ step downs, T2B 10×4 (last 2 sets couldn’t keep the swing for the whole 10 reps but held on to the bar and kept at it) Very happy considering I was aiming for 12:00. A day behind. 800 M warm up 724 m 692 m 708 m 675 m 675 m 675 m i had to take longer after round 4 to recover as I was getting seriously over heated. It’s 80 deg today and SOOO hot! Then I had to run 1200M home because I didn’t plan my course well… So all told I ran almost 4.5 miles. I was able to keep it close to 7 min mile pace which was the goal. Thanks Jorge 🙂 I used to be seriously into running and my goal was always to do a 10K @ 7 min mile pace. I almost got there the year before i got pregnant with my last baby. I was 7:06. But then I got more into CF and my running has fallen way off… I miss being able to speed through a 5K in under 21 min, but I also really like CF and don’t have time for both…..

A) 115, 135, 165, 185, 205, 215, 225, 235x. All-in-all hasn’t done these in a while so I was happy with 225, but the start of 235 was great…just got stuck just OH lol
B) 11:45 Rx, went for steady strong pace to get the middle sets unbroken. Had to go smaller sets on T2B mainly cuz my hands were so sweaty they were slipping off
