A.
Mobility and Maintenance
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills from Kelly Starrett’s Mobility WOD and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
– AND/OR –
* Body work from a licensed body worker (ART, Graston, acupuncture, etc…)

B.
Nutrition Preparation
* Ensure that you have quality foods prepared in the appropriate quantities to fuel your efforts for the remainder of the week.

C.
Mental Restoration
* Different for everyone – could be meditation or could be gathering with friends; the key is to engage in activities that make your life full and help you recharge your batteries.

Rare meet up with my old school pals and played rented a pitch to play some football (soccer for you Americans!). A friend who definitely covered a lot less ground than me managed 10k so was a good bit of accidental running! Hopefully it won’t affect training tomorrow too much.

July 31 WOD A. Push Press x 3 @ 11X2 80#, 90, 100, 110×2, 105, 110, 115×2 ***Only got 2 my first attempt at 110 so dropped to 105 and got all 3 went back to 110 and got all 3, moved on to an extra set at 115 and got 2. B. EMOM for 16 min AB – 12.7 / 11.2 / 10.2 / 10.7 DU – 14 / 31 / 34 / 44 HSPU – kipping 5/6/7/4 Jog ***Wow this looked fun on paper…not so much after the first AB!
