A. Only got up to 105 lb. Trying to keep that Tempo up was really making me lose my balance

B. 2+8. I even scaled down the weight to 95 lbs for thrusters and still no luck hitting round 3.

A. Worked from 55, to 95. Did one rep at 95 and then tried the 2nd and dropped it on my lower back. (tricky, I know.) Failed another one so dropped to 90# and completed round 4.

B. 4 rounds + 6 Thrusters.
Thrusters @ 65, BJ @ 24″ Still working on my butterfly kip.

Joined the box class which was also centered around snatch work.

A) EMOM 5: power snatch x 5.

In kgs: 40, 45, 50, 52.5, 52.5

B) 5 sets:
– 2 minutes of work:
8 power snatch 42.5kgs
8 burpees over the bar
Max Reps air squats
– 2 minutes of Rest

Counting the air squats: 28, 31, 26, 19, 18

My quads were on fire by the end; very hard work. Loved it

A. From above knee: 65#-75-85-95(f last rep)-85. Definitely need to pull myself under faster still
B. 3 + 2 reps rx’d. Had to break up thrusters 3-3 rounds 2 and 3. Ripped my hand during bar muscle ups with gymnastics program yesterday and this is the only reason I was able to perform B today: https://www.crossfitinvictus.com/blog/how-to-tape-your-hands-2/ so thanks Invictus!
My wife did fitness A&B, her score for B is 4 rds + 8

Ohhhhh nooooo! That is totally why I did 20″. I’ve had enough of that! If it was only like 6 reps then I would go to 24″…but I’ve learned the hard way. Hope u are ok!

10 mins skipping/working on double unders
A. 95 lbs from high knee

B. 95 lbs for thrusters/ black and green band for pull ups for 2+ 15.

Been out of the garage for 2.5 weeks on vacation and what not, fell off the wagon with my diet too. Felt weak and awful throughout this entire workout. Very disappointed in myself. Hopefully a better one tomorrow.

Tripped on one of the box jumps?, we don’t have the regular wood boxes, just the old school plyo boxes so I think I jumped a little wide one, my foot slipped and down I went. Laughed got up and kept going
