300 Wall Ball Shots
4000 Meter Run
5000 Meter Row

Teams get one Concept 2 erg and one ball, but may partition the work however they would like . . . and both should be working at all times.

gymnastics wod and then this (half of it) by myself. 32:10. Not happy, I wanted to stay under 30, but it was fun 🙂

Did by myself, so I just cut everything in half. 29:54 RX. My legs felt like lead. I was able to hit my goal of staying right at or just under 2:00/500m split times on the rower.

Did last Monday’s workout as I ran then.
A. 95×6/30 sec hollow rock, 105×5/30 sec, 115×4/30 sec, 115×2 (fail), 105×5/30 sec
B. Push press at 115. Did solo every 5 minutes. 1:44/1:43/1:41/1:45/1:43. Just the mental game to get back on the tower was challenging.

Traveling so I did yesterday’s workout at the hotel.
50lb db bench and row instead of pull-ups.

A: 3 sets of 8 for both bench and rows. tempo on rows

B: 50lb db for swings and run on treadmill.
16:01.

Yesterday’s workout
A. 85# x 8, 95# x 8, 105# x 6, 115# x 4
Pull ups @ 51X1 – all 4 sets x 5 reps

B. Had to modify a little as to not stress shin toooo much – 9:42
30 Push Ups
30 American KB swings @ 16kg
400m Run (trot)
30 Push Ups
30 American KB swings @ 16kg
400m Run (trot)

C. 20 Min AB/Core Work
D. Michelle’s Plank Challenge…gotta say I love this sooo much that I wrote it on my GYM wall!!
