Teams get one Concept 2 erg and one ball, but may partition the work however they would like . . . and both should be working at all times.

Hey everyone! Duthie and I are back after a short break. 35:07 RX. Ouch. Missed this! 🙂
Did by myself, so I just cut everything in half. 29:54 RX. My legs felt like lead. I was able to hit my goal of staying right at or just under 2:00/500m split times on the rower.
Did last Monday’s workout as I ran then.
A. 95×6/30 sec hollow rock, 105×5/30 sec, 115×4/30 sec, 115×2 (fail), 105×5/30 sec
B. Push press at 115. Did solo every 5 minutes. 1:44/1:43/1:41/1:45/1:43. Just the mental game to get back on the tower was challenging.
Traveling so I did yesterday’s workout at the hotel.
50lb db bench and row instead of pull-ups.
A: 3 sets of 8 for both bench and rows. tempo on rows
B: 50lb db for swings and run on treadmill.
