Wodapalooza Here We Come …
Written by Nichole DeHart-Kribs

We are wishing all the Invictus athletes the best as they head out to compete at Wodapalooza this weekend. Not only do these athletes get to take a trip to soak up some sunshine during the dead of winter, but they also get to compete in a really fun competition.

We have always used these competitions to give our athletes a baseline measure of where they are as they head into the CrossFit Open. We are sure Miami won’t disappoint in their tests of fitness. We are looking forward to seeing how the weekend unfolds and, regardless of what the leaderboard says, making sure that our athletes know it is about giving full effort so they walk off every event knowing they gave it their all.

These athletes have put in the hard work this past off season so now they get to go and have fun in the sun this weekend doing what they love best; competing.

If you are unable to travel to Miami and watch these guys live, then check out FloElite where they will be living streaming the event all weekend. Take note as to when our athletes go to cheer them on virtually! (A full list of the heats will be released later this week at Wodapalooza). Wishing the best this weekend to all our athletes:
