“Get A Grip”
Teams of two must complete 100 repetitions of the following complex:
1 Deadlift
1 Squat Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Push Jerk

The weight (95lbs for men, 65 lbs for women) cannot touch the floor at any point during the workout. The partner who hands the bar off must immediately run 400 meters before he or she may receive the weight back from his or her partner.

Done on Sunday
As RX SOLO – 50 repetitions of the following complex @ 65#:
1 DL
1 hang power clean
1 front squat
1 push press/muscle press
1 OHS
***Run 400m when I needed to put the bar down.
Done 10/10/10/10/10 – 22:04
Each round got a little faster as I got a better rhythm going, runs between 1:55-2:10. Originally planned to run on the treadmill, but when I did my 1000m warm up the brisk air with the sun coming through felt good…so outside running it was! Nice little Sunday Funday!

I think u did it right. I think it’s supposed to be 100 times through….with a partner. Makes sense for a 20-30 min WOD…not 5-10 min.

Yeah, you got it right. 100 reps of the complex (1=5) per team.

Running solo so did 50 reps for time. If at any point the barbell touched the floor still run the 400. Did all 50 reps unbroken at 4:54RX. The goal was to not run at all and hold the weight racked for rest. Did 3 rounds, rest, 2 rounds, rest, 2 rounds, rest, 2 rounds, quick rest, 1 round.

So there I was reading your post and trying to figure out how you had time to move so fast through 50 rds and rack the weight only to realize the workout was 50 reps and you were doing 5rds of 10 reps. Great work BTW

Yesterday’s A. For Time – 15-12-9 Thrusters @ 85# (9/6, 3/4/3/2, 4/3/2) Burpees 6:16…thrusters felt super heavy today, but went for 85# to get closer to that DARK place B. BSS @ 30X0 – 25# dbs x 10, 30# x 8, 35# x 8 (this was the dark spot) SAT3R @ 2111 – 5# x 10, 8# x 8, 8# x 8 (didn’t realize until last set that it was 2s decent not 3s) C. 2 Sets with 1 min rest between sets 25 – Abmat sit ups 25 – Weighted leg raises with 14# ball 25 – L side… Read more »

Hotel wod did yesterday’s work
A. 15-12-9
Db thrusters 50# (12/3 6/6 5/4)
Burpees
6:25. First time doing thrusters with that weight in db and it felt heavy
B. Lunges with 50# db. BSS might aggravate my glute/lower back issue and bench is too high

Did yesterday’s work.
Thrusters, burpee 15, 12, 9.
Against my better judgment I used #115.
Took me a whopping 10:12.. ugh.. thrusters went something like (5 5 5 / 4 4 3 2 2 / 3 3 3) coming off a rough week of sleep. Felt good to hurt a little though.
B. Bulgarian split squats
8x empty bar
8x 35# kettlebells
10x 35# kettlebells.
