Not sure. It’s just real sore…I noticed it while washing the car on Sunday. I think that I must have strained my right deltoid while attempting to perform snatches and overhead squats on Friday. Didn’t feel anything then, but man was it sore Sunday and yesterday. Pretty sore this morning too.

I have heat empathy for you, Teddy. Our garage gym has no AC and is on the West side of the house so it is usually hotter inside than outside. I am sure it builds character or something.

Today is the birthday of Uruguay’s founding father, so the boxes here do a Hero wod in his honor. A) “Artigas” https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jos%C3%A9_Gervasio_Artigas : A.1) 1000 mts run A.2) 19 rounds: – 1 BMU (scaled to Jumping BMU with 24” box) – 7 air squats – 6 american kb swings (24 kgs) – 4 HSPU (scaled to 2 abmats but did them all strict) Time: 34:33 (timecap was 35 min) My run was completed in 5:15, I think I only failed like 2 JBMU and 3 SHSPU in the entire wod, everything else was done unbroken. A) 140×6; 150×6; 160×4 @ tempo (ouch), with sets of 10 weighted GHD extensions in between.
B) Ran a few miles @ an 8:45ish pace. Shoulder is aching badly, so doing everything I can to stay active, but safe. Surgery is in 15 days!

Question about the pull ups should we do these supinated or pronated? Definitely gonna make a difference to the numbers

Normally when we say pull-ups we mean pronated unless otherwise noted. Either would be fine in this case though. What did you go with? How have you been?

Went with pronated, figured it would say otherwise.

Been good, had a crazy couple months. Glad to be back again ? Hopefully there are no more distractions for a bit.
