The first round of push presses hit me like a brick wall. Had to push hard through this one!

Lesson learned: don’t eat pizza and drink beer an hour before doing 50 burpees.

Thanks candy, I felt really sluggish there, on a prime day I would have completed this wod somewhere around the 28 minute mark, still it felt good to do the work.
This is a good test to take every 3 or 4 months I think, super fun

Still a day behind….my life story!! A. 3 sets BSS @ 31X1 – 35# x 7 all 3 sets (wanted to go heavier…wasn’t having it today with that tempo) DB external rotations @ 2010 – 5# x 10 ** First time doing these and wow…after the first few they really start to kick in…I started with 10# on the L…could only get 8 reps…dropped to 8#…could only get 5 reps on R….dropped to 5#.
