Saturday was fun day with a friend.

A. 10rounds at a regular but quick pace of:
8x Bench press at bodyweight (185#)
20 cals on spinner
(23min 20sec)

B. Bring sally up song with push ups (def not made it this time…)

C. 100 biceps curls and strict shoulder press with 25# DB

D. Abs

E. 1 serie of max rep biceps curls on Larry Scott machine… I’m ashamed but we had fun!

**Between each round I did 2 – banded scarecrows, some bent over single arm pot stirrers and elephant swings…for some reason 5 min was MUCH shorter today than usual….lol
No gym add-ons today….gotta find my arms so I can go clean a clients house….Happy Sunday!

A-C. Used 20 # vest (bought it at regionals and figured I needed to use it for more than Memorial Day).
450 m rowed, 7 rds, 355 m rowed.
D. 3 rds with 50 # DBs because thats the highest I can go on my adjustable DBs

It was 102 degrees here in Texas at time of workout.

Sub 2:30 bike for run and burpees for row (worked out w my 4yr old and couldnt just leave him haha) but he crushed it!

Been rowing a lot lately so mixed it up a bit.

A. 2:30 stair run with 20# backpack (approx 170 steps up and down)
2:30 heavy bag work

B. Rx. 10 rounds + 4 AS

C. Stairs and bag

D. Rx. 3 rounds + 8 PP
The first round of push presses hit me like a brick wall. Had to push hard through this one!

I did my box’s class today:

“Filthy Fifthy”:
50 box jumps 24″
50 jumping pull ups
50 american kb swings 16 kgs
50 walking lunges
50 knees to elbows
50 push press 20 kgs
50 back extensions
50 wall balls 9 kgs
50 burpees
50 double unders

Timecapped on 30 minutes at 30 DUs

Lesson learned: don’t eat pizza and drink beer an hour before doing 50 burpees.

Thanks candy, I felt really sluggish there, on a prime day I would have completed this wod somewhere around the 28 minute mark, still it felt good to do the work.

This is a good test to take every 3 or 4 months I think, super fun

Still a day behind….my life story!! A. 3 sets BSS @ 31X1 – 35# x 7 all 3 sets (wanted to go heavier…wasn’t having it today with that tempo) DB external rotations @ 2010 – 5# x 10 ** First time doing these and wow…after the first few they really start to kick in…I started with 10# on the L…could only get 8 reps…dropped to 8#…could only get 5 reps on R….dropped to 5#. I could have stayed with 8# on L…but wasn’t sure about using different weight for each arm….?? B. RX – 14:40 3:05 / 3:49 / 3:56… Read more »

Haha…I’m getting ready to head out to my gym now….and was actually thinking “what can I do between rounds to take up time but not much energy”…5 min is a looonng time
