A. Sub’d DL for weighted pistols w/ 20 # kb
75# Push Press
B. 11:12 – 35# KB
Broke up KB into 15’s. Air Squats unbroken all. Three big breaths between movements (first 2 rounds) then 2 big breaths in the last round.

Few day’s ago: note – I was NOT feeling it today. We got a ton of rain last night and very quickly so my road where I run was flooded, my gym was partially flooded and my pull-up bar/squat rack (which is outside) was in a mud hole. So lots of substitutions and a somewhat bad attitude, haha. A. Back squat – 85, 105, 115. Had to clean and jerk it to get it in back. Idk why but that movement was so hard today.
