I was looking forward to this one but after running a hammer drill for 2 hours and 90 minutes of pickleball in the balmy 110 degree dry sauna that has been this summer, I decided to just have a Bavarian cream donut. It was pretty tasty.

17:00. subbed 1:30 on the Airdyne for the run, stacked two 45#’s on top of each other for the push press and back squats, and knelt on them so I could still get some type of squatting motion in. I’m still not allowed to load my ankle for any type of squatting movement. Went 115# for the push press, and RX for the back squat.

Session 3 of the Level 1 gymnastics programs was all I could get done today. A lot of rope climbing work; gotta keep working on the clamping technique

Skip yesterday’s workout. And it still feels like I just finished doing 17.1.
Worked on setting new PR for bench press but only reached my old PR 215lb.
A. Had to abort after 2 rounds. Lower back screaming like Cannibal Corpse. I scaled down to 115 but still no luck. I’ll rest again tomorrow.

Thursday 7-13-17 workout
A1. TGU @ 25# (tried 35 way to unsteady, 30 was fine on the right..but not the left)
A2. L sit tuck to ext.
first 2 rounds on KB 4/3 each round – last 2 rounds from dip station 7 UB each round
B. 10 rounds EMOM – 8 Alt DB Snatch @ 35# + Max DU
17, 19, 23, 32, 31, 19, 30, 30, 27, 13 = 241
Was seriously happy with my DU today….usually they don’t go well when under pressure like this. The rounds with 27+ where UB rounds
