Deadlift x 6-8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Alternating Reverse Lunges x 20 steps
Rest 45 seconds
Dumbbell Bench Press x 10-12 reps
Rest 45 seconds
B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 15 minutes:
1st minute – 15 Kettlebell Swings
2nd minute – 200 Meter Run
3rd minute – 20/10 Push-Ups
C.
Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:
Minute 1 – Lean Away Pull-Ups x 3-4 reps @ 4111
Minute 2 – Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry x 25 yards each arm
Odette:
Deadlifts done with 105/115/115
Pulsing lunges instead of reverse, sorry Michele didnt see your reply in time
Presses done with 20 lbs
B completed with 30lb kb, all pushups unbroken with knee on ground, 200 m on 45 seconds, great improvement on the run
C completed with 15lb kb and black and green band for pullups
Any alternative for reverse lunges?
For Odette? She could do the DB Death March, or some sort of box step-ups like Russian Step-Ups or even slow ones at a tempo like 2222 or even single-leg squat to (or from) a box and only go as low as her knee allows.
