Loads per set (by %): 75, 80, 85, 90, 95

Then rest two minutes, and when the running clock reaches 12:00…

Every 3 minutes, for 6 minutes (2 sets) of:
Strict Shoulder Press x 1 rep @ 101-105%

B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Push Press (115/75 lbs)
10 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups

Rest 4 minutes, and when the running clock reaches 8:00…

C.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4 minutes of:
10 Ring Dips
10 Burpees

B. Bryan – 3 rounds + 2 push presses.
C. Bryan – 3 rounds + 1 ring dip.

85, 90 – didn’t really get it because I had to use my legs

B. 2 + 16
CTB were singles because …. well because I was half assing it truth to tell.
3 rounds – ring dips were assited with boxes first round but was using too much leg so switched to the blue band.

A2: 125 tied PR. Failed 130 but oh so close after about 8 seconds in that one spot.

B: 2 rounds + 18 reps. Scaled to 100lbs
C: 3 rounds + 1 rep. Tricep fatigue was pretty sweet.

Have a band around your knees, do a bridge ( squeeze your butt ) and open your legs, then close them and lower down…100% prision protect-

B. Subbed the pp for hspu (kipping) thanks longhorn for the idea. I wanted to practice the kip for the open… haven’t done it in forever and movement feels very rusty.
2 rds + 2. First set went well (ub) but sets of 2-3 after that and was a struggle. C2b UB
C. 2rds + 5 (strict ring dips)
Ring dips definitely need to be strengthened, 1st rd UB then 2s. Starting to feel more comfortable with these burpees, using a little bit of a wider stance.

Welcome back! I need to practice the HSPU kip as well. That’s one thing you definitely need as it’s one exercise that when it goes, it’s gone!

Haha a couple hundred T2B will have you well on your way. The only workout I didn’t re-do last year was 17.1, I’ll probably re-do the rest after watching my 18.1 score drop like crazy today. I thought it would hold up better.

A. Up to 150# (current 1RM). Failed 155… Couldn’t get it past the eyes.

B. Rx’d 4+8. Nice couplet. I’m going to remember this one

C. Rx’d 4+14. Triceps gave out on me during the 2nd round and had to start breaking up dips.
