CTB were singles because …. well because I was half assing it truth to tell.
3 rounds – ring dips were assited with boxes first round but was using too much leg so switched to the blue band.

A2: 125 tied PR. Failed 130 but oh so close after about 8 seconds in that one spot.
B: 2 rounds + 18 reps. Scaled to 100lbs
C: 3 rounds + 1 rep. Tricep fatigue was pretty sweet.
A2 sounds like pause shoulder press! Great effort.
Tried to work off my old 100# 1rm , ignore those six weeks of not lifting.

Ring dips definitely need to be strengthened, 1st rd UB then 2s. Starting to feel more comfortable with these burpees, using a little bit of a wider stance.
