Way to grind it out! Stick with this programming and you’ll be surprised how far you’ll get!

I’m more annoyed now than I was yesterday. Feeling pretty decent, so I think I’ll run I back on Monday…see if I can get within 4 minutes of longhorn.
Finished all 50 snatches + 7 burpees. For my wrist being jacked I’ll take it but I’m not happy, I should have finished. I was done with the third rd at 10 min.
Modified: Don’t own dumbbells, so used 16kg KB (heaviest I had).

Yep, 35. I think the coach is going to certify a big batch of scores later today and then I’ll show up on there. I expect it to drop a ton with more scores coming in, but it’s fun to be top 100 even for a few minutes!
Yea I’ve been checking I’m 33 so eyeing that division to see where I need to be I think your score could keep u top 200 which is where u wanna be again nice work now I’m contemplating doing it over flat out madness!
Cool, it just fun to see how everyone does. I got lucky that the first one was a grinder… I’ve always been good at tolerating pain. With 4 more to go I’ve got plenty of weaknesses that will be exposed!

Snatches provide lots of opportunity to breathe (just have to remember to) – I suggest step ups from the burpees and alternate which legs steps up – my right side got a little spicy from always using the same leg – other than that remember it’s a solid block of work – find a good pace and don’t redline.
Agreed on stepping up from the burpees! The take the breath, jump on and over. This will help keep the heart rate down a bit! Good luck!
