9 BJ shy of completing. Not bad I guess since this time last year I was a month I to ACL reconstruction surgery recovery

160 reps 20 min. Rx Masters 35-39.

I saw the Grim Reaper perched on top of the jump box at the end of 20 minutes. He said goodbye and gave me a wink.

1 & done. Rx’d 19:22. I do not recommend doing this on a Monday following Mardi Gras weekend….. Oh well, it was still a fun time!

Very Happy with this time…just wonder how much faster I could do it if I was at an actual gym with a crossfit family??
Lower back def got tight quick but just tried to relax.

Finished all 50 snatches + 7 burpees. For my wrist being jacked I’ll take it but I’m not happy, I should have finished. I was done with the third rd at 10 min.

Modified: Don’t own dumbbells, so used 16kg KB (heaviest I had).

Yep, 35. I think the coach is going to certify a big batch of scores later today and then I’ll show up on there. I expect it to drop a ton with more scores coming in, but it’s fun to be top 100 even for a few minutes!

Cool, it just fun to see how everyone does. I got lucky that the first one was a grinder… I’ve always been good at tolerating pain. With 4 more to go I’ve got plenty of weaknesses that will be exposed!

Thanks bro, You did awesome too. Anyone who finished this has determination. I did it with 3 others and I was the only one to finish. Another buddy of mine that is a beast and usually demolishes me did it in 18:42. It’s a rough one!

Hell no bro!! This was def my wheelhouse with the burpee volume. Finishing this beast is an accomplishment. Those last 15 burpees after the 50 is so heartwrenching…

Snatches provide lots of opportunity to breathe (just have to remember to) – I suggest step ups from the burpees and alternate which legs steps up – my right side got a little spicy from always using the same leg – other than that remember it’s a solid block of work – find a good pace and don’t redline.

Agreed on stepping up from the burpees! The take the breath, jump on and over. This will help keep the heart rate down a bit! Good luck!
