This was so painful!
I did fewer CTB and had to do singles because I had nothing after the row.
Did Kipping HSPU because I don’t have strict and I want practice before the Open.
7:08, 7:01, 7:09, 7:24
1st rd – 10 CTB, the rest was 8 CTB
That rowing slayed me down.

Way to hit it hard! Great job. The rowing to pull ups combo is tough! It kills my grip!

So apparently PTs injury themselves too. Had to completely stop working out for 2 weeks and then only brosesh lifting sessions every other day. Today is my first “full”(I’m not sure I can confidently use that word)
Still have to limit movements
E10M x40 min
1000m row
6 strict leg raise
9 pull-ups with bands
12 l sit press 25# DBs
Row/ full time
4:17/6:07
4:27/ 6:10
4:17/6:41
4:34/6:55

Definitely an ego check after not working out for almost 6 weeks. Now to hope I didn’t just flat everything back up!

I can’t wait to get back to the garage gym. Mods/subs 800m Treadmill run for row 9 V-ups for T2B 12 DB rows for pull-ups Luckily I located the ground so I did do 15 SHSPU with a planned split of 8/7 to make sure I kept moving. Basically a different workout but I tried to get as close as I could given the equipment available. This went really well and I felt better on the run than I ever have and I am not a fast runner nor do I have much of an engine. But today was a… Read more »

Sorry. Just saw this. Knee is kind of weird. For heavy lifting if I’m using braces feels pretty good but for anything repetitive like air squats or rowing feels very unsteady

As Rx:
Rows < 4min
T2B unbroken
C2B quick sets of 4 which ended up in quick singles (Stringing C2B’s when I’m tired is something I need to get better in)
SHSPU’s quick sets of 3 held up till the end!

All rounds between 7-8min. Not bad considering 2/3 movements are not my strongsuit. Happy with today’s result!

Hey Team, Conditioning day today which is intended to be intervals with at least 2 minutes rest each round. If you find that it takes you longer than that to complete these rounds, please either modify the number of reps or cut yourself off at 8:00 each round (so mini AMRAPs) so you have the rest. This is a great workout t practice your clustering on these gymnastics reps. Basically, that means to strategize how many to do at a time if you can’t do them unbroken. Meaning, you don’t want to go to failure because it takes too long… Read more »
