Halved the reps and did solo at a moderate pace. Been stressed, so I didn’t time myself. Just enjoyed the ride. (Got 3 blisters but didn’t rip. Cleans felt easy today, sets of 5.)
Halved the reps and performed it solo in 29.53

Had to set a 30 min cap before coaching my sat class.
Did rx and only had 4 cleans and the row left. Weight felt much heavier the second time!
Did solo, split all reps in half, had to put a 25 min time cap on it today. Rx weight/movements: got through 5 power cleans on last leg (1k row + 25 PCs + 35 PUs + 50 BBJs + 35 PUs + 5 PCs)
Partnered up with old Chad. We had 37 minutes to get work done before I had to coach, lol. We took the first 7 minutes for setup, then put a 30 minute cap on it. Made it to 48 power cleans in the the second set of power cleans within the 30 minute cap.
