12 Dumbbell Push Press
12 Heavy Kettlebell Swings
12 Push-Ups
Hey Crew!
For the pull-ups today, the A = Assist which could be a band, a jump, a partner, etc. but they are meant to be strict. If you don’t need the assist to perform strict pull-ups then perform 3-5 reps @ 21X0 tempo.
Part B should be 5-7 minutes in length so please modify as necessary to make this happen.
