Did this with the wife and the baby today. Our little did awesome, she took the paci and just PASSED OUT.

Modified. No good equipment at the hotel.
A. Strict pull-ups on a soccer goal. Dips from muscle up position same goal post. Maybe 5 rounds? So chaotic.
B. Deadlift with 50lb dumbells each hand, x16 instead of 8 reps. More like Romanian. Then large medicine ball burpee, jump over. 4 rounds.
C. Dumbell bilateral Ground to overhead 40 lb. Seemed much harder to me than with barbell due to balance. V-ups instead of T2B. 5 rounds.
Traveling makes this stuff tough. Good for you figuring out a way to make it work.

I started each round so my son thought it would be funny if I finished each one as well.
It is pretty great having him home again. Just returned from a 2 year church mission.

No partner so I had to tackle it alone;
Scaled the reps to 4 reps in each movement and keep moving in each round.
Scaled the C2B to regular pull ups and used band for the ring dips.
