Forearm Supported Handstand
Video by Bryan Miller

This is a great drill that will help you achieve a freestanding handstand, improve handstand walks, and generally make you better on your hands! You can use gymnastics mats like I did in the video or you can use boxes (or anything really) that you can put up against the wall to help you balance. The higher the box or mats are stacked, the easier it will be to hold a freestanding handstand. The lower the mats are then the harder it will be to balance. I’d recommend throwing these in once to twice a week for three sets of 60 seconds, with plenty of rest between, to get more comfortable on your hands.

Bryan, could you try reloading the video? I don’t see it with the article. Thanks, looking forward to working these tips!
