Assault Bike Seat Height

Do you get a sick feeling when you think of the Assault Bike? Like most CrossFitters this conditioning tool has played a part in some of the worst workouts you have ever done. Luckily, Invictus Athlete Coach, Holden Rethwill, is here to hopefully ease this pain and share some tips to help optimize your Assault Bike experience. As you can see in the video above, the first step that coach Holden will share with us is about the seat height position.
How to Set Your Assault Bike Seat Height
Having the wrong seat height can dramatically affect your workout and change the intended stimulus. It is important to find the goldilocks position, where the seat is not too high or low. To find this position you will want to match the seat to your hip when you are standing tall next to the bike. When you are at the bottom of your pedal this should allow for a slightly comfortable bend in your leg.
