Using our “Mind Muscle” Video Playlist as a guide:
* Choose 1-2 Thoracic Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.
* Choose 2-3 Lower Body Mobility Drills and spend 10-12 minutes with them.
* Choose 1-2 Upper Extremity Mobility Drills and spend 5-10 minutes with them.

Summary of Saturday and Sunday Saturday Warmup flow done Snatches: 39 to 42 kg. Not good today. Didn’t feel100% and was still sore from Mary. C&J: up to 63 kg (=97% of my 1-RM). Felt good! Conditioning: 12:41 min (last time 13:40). Longer transitions. PP UB outdoor Sit-ups UB Row 1:27/1:28/1:29/1:31 min outdoor No Assault Bike session, for once listening to my body ? Must have been AB hip flexor intensive week because my right is sooo tired Sunday: HSW done 15 m x 3 UB Back squats: 74-74-76-76-76 kg. Heavy but managed! Conditioning: 21:16 min.
