… tried to squeek sub 10 but the lunges from yesterday were holding me back … broke the bench press 8-8-7-4-3 … have a good weekend folks.

What’s your best 2-rep bench press? Those are pretty large jumps in weight near the end – you might have a better go at it if you went 110 – 115 – 120. Just a suggestion for next time.

C. Wall walk hold 45 sec
HS hold 1 min

Went off script as bench press bothers my shoulder.

31.5 min, every 1.5 mins:
1-run on treadmill
2-row
3-1 round of Cindy

Followed by glute/ham stretches.

Creative! I’ve been doing floor press instead of bench press lately. Restricts the ROM and it doesn’t seem to bother my shoulder like benching.

I’ve been doing these crazy foot exercises for physical therapy but I’ve noticed them helping them improve stability as well. Basically it is working the mobility of the foot by trying to move your toes in all different directions and pick stuff up. I wonder if it would help your barefoot squatting?

A: did 20×1 tempo for 3-5 as that’s what my early am class was doing 🙂
Up to 115×4 with tempo.
B: 75# for bench 9:58 Didn’t push the row or run today, had some upper abd pains yesterday. Feeling better but didn’t want to churn anything up! Did bench almost unbroken. 26/4
