Awesome workouts to follow. Here in New Zealand these wods come out at around 4.00pm so perfect for an afternoon session.

Had recovery yesterday so did the Push Press 1RM to start: 225# (10# PR) failed at 235 but was close.
A. Read wrong and did only 5 Rds: Rx weight 3:06/ 3:04/ 3:05/ 3:04/ 2:59

A) All rounds 3:15-3:30. This was a tough workout. I wanted to quit in R3. It’s about 90 degrees here in Columbus. Happy Memorial Day weekend from Central regionals! 🙂

A) 3:14/3:24/4:03/4:09/4:24 only did 5 rds, but it wasn’t on purpose. After the 5th rd I did the infamous “man that sucked flop to the ground” thinking it was the end. I only realized it when I heard the timer go off for the 6th rd :/

Only did 3 rounds of A. The third round took me over five min, so i stopped there. I feel that I need an off-day. Skipped B cuz my low back feels pretty tight and I really wasn’t in the mood after my fail at A.

Tomorrow will be my off-day. At Sunday I’ll go to the olympic weightlifting class.
