A) 3:14/3:24/4:03/4:09/4:24 only did 5 rds, but it wasn’t on purpose. After the 5th rd I did the infamous “man that sucked flop to the ground” thinking it was the end. I only realized it when I heard the timer go off for the 6th rd :/

Only did 3 rounds of A. The third round took me over five min, so i stopped there. I feel that I need an off-day. Skipped B cuz my low back feels pretty tight and I really wasn’t in the mood after my fail at A.
Tomorrow will be my off-day. At Sunday I’ll go to the olympic weightlifting class.
