Not sure if the 400 was long or the rain slowed me down. But for working late nights and working out early in the morning it was a good workout. Now to eat and go back to sleep.

5×175/4×205/3×230/2×245/1×255 then 4×245…had never done more than a double at 245 before.
A. Up to 160(#5 PR). Almost had 165…next time .
B. As Rx 8:48…can’t remember my pr for this, but I know this is close.

PR star! That’s a fast time for yesterday’s workout.
A: I pr’d my push press, by 10#!!! I got 130 🙂 I had been stuck at 115 for months, got 120 last month aND felt super strong at the 130 today.
B: I struggled with helen a bit due to the massive humidity today. Hard to breathe and slippery bar.
