Kettlebell Complex
*10 Bulgarian Goat Bag Swings
*10 Single-Arm Kettlebell Presses (each arm)
*10 Alternating Reverse Lunges with Goblet Hold
*10 Single Kettlebell Thrusters (hands on horns)
Rest 2 minutes
B.
Every 4 minutes, for 16 minutes (4 sets) for times of:
20/15 Calories of Assault Bike or Ski Erg
15 Dumbbell Burpee Deadlifts
Man, it was hard. Going back to a more regular training and I was really hoping today it was a rest day 🙂 But hey, here we are.
Unfortunately I do not have a Ski Erg or an assault bike, so I setup a battle rope and I was doing 2 minutes of rope and then the Burpees. The time I was done I had to start again… Hope it will be easier in the future…
