18.2 – 8:44 18.2A – 132# Well not nearly as good on 18.2 as I had hoped for. I tripped on the bar on the last jump over in round 4 and 8 so both feet didn’t land at the same time. From looking at the video one may not have noticed…but I knew, so I did the burpee and jump over again on each one. Then on set 9 my person counting for me miscounted and I did 10 squats (which I thought was wrong while I was doing them…but) and then I did an extra burpee also…GRRRRR On… Read more »

Got volunteered to help with the city’s street fest so I have been out of commission the last 3 days. Fun but it didn’t help the workout schedule much.

Squat clean technique work.
Built up to 175 focusing on the hips and pulling under the bar. Went pretty well.

5 rounds of 18.1 in 12:30. About what I expected. T2B were down to doubles. Worked on strategy and pacing. At least the row and DB hang C&J stayed fairly consistent. Now I have to try to squeeze in 18.1 & 18.2 both this week.
