6 Russian Kettlebell Swings (heavy)

A:
1. 85# deadlifts, really worked the tempo
2. Used 10# plates for the step ups
3. 15# dumbbell for push press, only 1 dumbbell so I did 10 reps each side.
B:
This was rough with no rest!
