Following a day behind as Thursday is my rest day.. No break between press and push press (so on the 2mins for 16mins) Press – 4x70kg, 4x75kg, 4x80kg, 2x85kg Push press – 3x90kg, 3x95kg, 3x100kg, 3x105kg. These weren’t good tonight. Well off PRs. I made 115kg for a triple last time we did this a while back. Just no shoulder strength tonight. B. 40cal bike + 40 Burpee pullups. A. 4×85 4×90 4×95 1×100 missed next reps so went back to 95 did 3. Kept the same clock running for push press (wasn’t sure if this is how was supposed to be) went for B. 4×105 4×125 2×135 went back down for 4×125. C. 8:29 kept bike around 60/65rpm (I think I finished in 2:07 or 2:17 not sure ?) no kipping at pull ups, bar @ 6.5″ mixed grip, trying to look always forward trying to maintain a smooth transition floor to pull, focused on jumping straight up and as high as I could, keeping feet in front.… Read more »

A little less weight on both compared to January but more reps this time. Still worked out to more total weight so I’ll take it.

B. Rowed 40 cal
Pull up bar is right at finger tip level so did burpee/strict pull ups.

(8:26 in January but had to use a grip aid to strap hand to pull up bar. Didn’t need it today)

A. Worked up to 155lbx3 strict w/10 med ball ovh chops btwn rounds (14#)

B. Worked up to 175lbx3 push press with med ball twists btwn rounds (14#)

C. Off the stationary bike at 2:41, and total time was 7:23. Those last 15 burpee pull ups were a mind game of “just five more… just 3 more… just one more… get down on the mat!”
Ha ha ha!

It was about 100 degrees in the garage with the door open and the fan on! Sweat city!
