Keep it light on the come back. Old pr 275
B. 3+1 no rapid fire, dropped all cleans. Better form for me that way, less chance of back injury coming back.

You’re so smart! Can’t train if you’re injured, right? Keep up the comeback!

Well today was nothing for the books, lol!

A: I did make a decision after watching a million of coach burgeners videos over the weekend. No more power cleans. Only squat cleans. (Unless specifically designated as such) I usually stay comfortable. Time for that to change! Anyway…
135 squat clean max today

B: 3+8 ugh…last time I was 4+1…but my guess is that I did hang squat cleans vs from the floor last time.

Coach B makes people do 100 burpees if they power instead of squat…just sayin”…

A. Just started getting into crossfit. Started with 135, bu t found I was pulling to much, as my form is pretty bad. So I dropped down to 95 and seemed to be in ok form. So I stuck with that.
B. 3 rounds RX @ 95lbs.

That’s a PR star! Maybe even a bigger one. The comeback is so sweet. Best of luck and let me know if you need any suggestions. I’ve had both knees done.

A. Worked up to 305lbs. Tried 325lbs for set 10. Got under it but couldn’t stand it up. Would’ve been a 10lb PR.

B. 3 rounds RX. Just got back from a quick trip to Japan. Surprised I could manage some heavy sets but paid for it in this MetCon

A. CLN to 225, then 4 fails at 235/230. Hesitant getting under the bar — FS has been off lately, lack some confidence. On the plus side, got some good high clean pulls at 1RM in.
B. 3 + 13 Rx.
Had 4 in sight, but bonked last round. Found it much more efficient to rest & breathe in the front rack than drop and reset from the floor. Note for next time, will save some seconds/add some reps…
