A. Bryan – snatch balance (1st ever attempt at this lift) – E3MOM – 55#, 75#, 95#, 115#, 135#(fail).
B. Bryan – 5 rounds + 7 T2B + 12 wall balls; Christy – 4 rounds + 12 wall balls.
A. Back squats, Snatches and Cleans up to 85%
B. 6 rounds + 9 reps
Wasn’t able to go to Mendoza comp because the border in the Andea was snowed in. Found a local lifting comp for 5 sept to set some goals on.

So sorry to hear about your patellar tendonitis flare up. 🙁 That is no fun at all. Listen to your body. If it get super tender, the best thing to do is rest the knee for a bit and potentially get some acupuncture as well. You don’t want to injure it further so modify your workouts a bit if they require high volume squatting. I hope your knees feel better soon and I’m sorry there really isn’t much to do for tendonitis other than rest and a bit of ice. If you can get your hand on a marc pro… Read more »
Thanks Catherine for the input! I have taken out most squatting for the time being. Especially with any heavy weight. I will check out the mac pro. Thanks again!

Hi Michele! I am feeling pretty good but very round! (As of today, I am 33.5 weeks along.) I’ve been fortunate enough to basically maintain my strength, but my conditioning has definitely fallen off. I get winded really easily and longer WODs (especially those with a lot of impact movements) have started giving me minor contractions. (I had my two other boys between 37-38 weeks, so I’m thinking that this one may follow suit.) I feel more confident doing interval work now with programmed rest times or shorter wods, although I definitely can’t go as hard as I would like… Read more »
