A) only remembered tempo after 1st round! Oops! Did deadlift at 35kg and dumbbell at 17.5kg each side. Tempo made the light deadlif hard to grip. Shoulders really took the brunt of the plank too.
B) 5:08. Did down ups instead of burpees as am coming back from 3 weeks out due to back issues so this was 1st session in weeks. Did KB swings (Russian) all in one go which was good.
A. 255. Good on first two but lost grip on last set and had singles for rep #s 6&7&8

B. 7:41. 45 on American swings.
Burpees suck for me so made the intention before starting to stop every 5 reps and breathe deep for 3-6 breaths. Stopped every 10 on swings with same rest just because I’m OCD about that kinda stuff.
A: Complete with 95, 115, & 135 for Snatch Grip RDL, 50# for Dumbbell Row
B: 5:55 35# American KBS
