Side Plank x 45 seconds each side

B.
Two sets for max reps, each against a 4-minute running clock, of:
500 Meter Row
15 Dumbbell Thrusters
Max Reps of Burpees
Rest 4 minutes between sets

A.
Back Squats – 135 x 10; 150 x 8; 150 x 8 (still doesn’t feel great on my back and a 3 hour car ride yesterday didn’t make my hips happy so I kept it light)
Sub’d TGU for Windmills x 3 per side
Side Planks were good!

B.
Sub’d 400 Meter run for Row and used 30 lbs DBs. 23 burpees; 24 burpees

A. 95 lb BS, 20 lb KB
B. 5 lb DB, 1 rep/5 reps

What is prescribed weight for the db thrusters?

Hi Alex,

The Fitness workouts don’t usually have a prescribed weight. I’d say to use the heaviest weight you can for 15 unbroken reps. Enjoy!

Michele, thanks, I tried 35# and they were two heavy, will make a note for next time.
