A: 135# x2 Recent PR. (Many moons ago did 180 with a pause in competition, but then had a portion of my pec removed due to baseball sized tumor, then later had reconstructive surg with implants placed. Anyway, bench is not my fav…but I can revel in the good ol days!)

What will it take to be pain-free in the wrist?
Good question. Just being consistent with my mobility. Started romwod, and have some specific wrist exercises I do at the end.

All my fitness goals for 2017 will be achieved when I stay consistent with at LEAST 5 InVictus “performance” workouts a week.

Did the 10 min AMRAP WOD from last week (7 thruster, 14 KB swing, 7 C2B pull-up) after. 95# and 24kg KB: 4+16. That one hurt.

B. As Rx. 5+6. Didn’t have any pop this morning. Dips were especially tough. Just tried to keep moving.

6 floor seated shoulder press 40 kgs

12 knees to elbows.
Completed 5 rounds and 4 shoulder presses.
C) 500 mts row, PR Time: 1:42.
