This is my second week of starting this program. I’m absolutely loving it. Over the last two years I’ve gained about 30 pounds so I’m trying to move and lose these extra pounds. My training was about twice a month. I’m moving to Solana Beach this summer and hope to start invictus classes at that time.
I’m in an apartment gym so I modify most stuff.

A. 10#, 20, 25
25# goblet squats
Planks done

B. Did 1 mile run on treadmill
16k kb for swings
Time 16:20
