Great workout!

Did this solo. Subbed 30 SDHP @ 45# for the 300 Meter Row.

Shut it down after one round. Just not feeling it. Got to sleep past 2am last night since I was in the ER with my wife (12 weeks pregnant), who needed fluids since she couldn’t stop vomiting. Mom and baby are fine, but that crushed my recovery last night. Right hip and left shoulder feel “off.” I may try again tonight, but I probably just need to take an extra day of recovery, and come back hard on Monday.
