Windmills w/ 6kg KB (first time – too light but couldnt handle the 24kg and dont have any other weights at home)

Felt a lethargic today, too much work/stress and too little fun… Did not push it today but added some light snatch work on A.

Windmills: 12-12-12kg
Plank Hold: done

B: 8 rounds + 5 HSPU, 32kg kb, russian style swings.
Strict work in wod is challenging!
