Still a little hesitant due to the disc issue from last year. The Olympic lifts put me in vulnerable positions. I really don’t know what my max is so I just played it safe.

B: 3 rounds at 105 for G2OH. I would have done more but on my 5th rep of round 1 I clipped my chin with the bar and chipped a tooth. Awesome.

Hi everyone! Back from 2 weeks in Hawaii….. Don’t hate me.. 🙂 This was really hard. I only worked out 4 times while I was away and it was all body weight stuff. I also had Bronchitis, which didn’t help. A. 85 – 125. It was heavy enough. I failed 125 a couple times because I was fatigued and my form wasn’t on. Killed the HSPUs
I scaled to kipping because my strict are a mess! I would have only gotten 5 or 6 strict and that would have really taken away from the other 2 movements..
As we saw in 17.4, it’s good to have kipping HSPU in the toolkit.

Agreed, the community here is unmatched. I’m fortunate to have equipment available at work and a few guys to workout with most days, but in the past I’ve toiled in my garage alone as well.
