A. 95/135/155 (failed)/135/135/135

B. Rx: 9’26” — after doing the 400m run on this and being mentally focused, I was able to confirm my April 21st time on part B was definitely wrong. I had to have completely missed 400 meters on a round to have gotten the time I recorded. I’m glad to clear this up!

I was looking at this work out, going, this is SOOOOO familiar, we had to have done this recently. I just finished my workout book, so I didn’t have a reference. Now it clicked! It’s THAT work out!
But you still rocked it! 🙂

Really happy with this. Not where it use to but I’ll take it. 225 next time.

B. 13:45
For as good as A felt, this just wasn’t firing tonight. Started after 9pm. 1st round was bad. HSPU weren’t happening, couldn’t strap hand to pull up bar right. Rd 2&3 went better. Had to add a little half kip to make the HSPU work. Definetly one of my weakest movements. Still, felt better then not doing it.

Well this was embarrassing.

1) 135/165/175/185/185/185
2) 11:00 with pike to box

Overhead strength has always lagged behind the improportionately. Alas. I’ll always have deadlifts.

No worries bro, we all have our literal weaknesses, and 185 is nothing to sneeze at!

B. 11:53 Scaled. L-Sit DB Press #30, 15 Pull Ups, 400m Run. I didn’t know what time should I aim for, so my goal was under 12 mins. I’m don’t know why but I am a little disappointed with my performance. Tomorrow is a new day.

Hi Ayub!

Try to check my notes before you do the workout each day. I’ve been trying to post them as soon as the workout goes up to help people with strategy and such.
