Got to teach both daughters how to deadlift tonight. Good thing it was a fairly short workout so I wasn’t too worried about time.

First lower body workout since class 3 ankle sprain 3 weeks ago.

Added Box Squat 3×10 just to see how it felt, range of motion is limited.
Worked up to 3 sets of 12 @185#
A. Worked up to 275 (not 90%) then did 3 sets of 275×3. Felt good, considering. Was heavy enough for first day back.

B. Modified to single leg burpee + step over.
5-5-6-7

Want to stick to the program as much as possible, will have to modify quite a bit. Feels awesome to be back though.
