100 Double-Unders
80 Kettlebell Swings
60 Wall Ball Shots
40 Burpees
20 Toes to Bar

did this with my partner Anette … i was taking 50 DUs while she was taking 50 SUs. I did TTB, she did knee raises. We did 2 rounds and 149 reps 🙂

Sunday fun day with the wife.
3 rds + 65 reps w/ 1.5/1 pood KBS and 20/16 lb. Wallballs.
….something in my wrist is extremely sore from the run/ G2OH the other day so had to do burpees with knuckles which was a bit challenging at first. Ice protocol here I come.

I’m on deployment in Afghanistan. I’m going home soon!! I coach two classes at Kandahar Crossfit. We try to let the out going coach do a workout with the class they coach before they leave while someone else coaches.

In chicago…cubs game yesterday. Stayed out a wee bit late 🙂 Did hotel workout based loosely off of this.
50 jacks
40 1leg glute bridges
30 jump squats
20 laying leg raise toe touches
10 burpees

Did for 15 mins. 3 rds.
