Workout of the Day
In teams of four, complete five sets for max reps/calories of:
60 seconds of Rowing (for calories)
60 seconds of Dumbbell Man-Makers
60 seconds of Barbell Thrusters (75/55 lbs)
Rest 60 seconds
Teams get one erg, one set of dumbbells and one barbell. Team members rotate through the three work stations at 60 second intervals and all members rest at the same time. Post total score (calories rowed and reps completed).
Did solo. Manmakers @ 2 x 35# DBs, thrusters Rx’d:
1) 17/4/12 = 33
2) 17/3/15 = 35
3) 16/3/17 = 36
4) 15/2/16 = 33
5) 17/2/17 = 36
Total = 173 reps, sandbagged the DB manmakers a bit

Did Thursday’s wod since I haven’t snatched in like 5 weeks.
A) Snatch up to 180
B) EMOM for 20mins: 30s row for meters even mins/3 power snatch @ 135 odd mins
nice work! Getting that snatch work will pay off in the future.

I’m not sure on how it is written either. My group was 2 vs 4. So we did as each rotated the stations one right after another. I completely erased the board before I could record. It was tough though 🙂
I don’t think I’m fully understanding the workout. Each member will do 60 sec of work at each station? Or are we at a station for 60 sec as a group, switching out when a team member gets tired? Thanks
