100 Kettlebell Swings (32/24 kg)
400 Meter Run*
100 Barbell Thrusters (45 lbs)
400 Meter Run
80 Burpees
400 Meter Run
100 Barbell Thrusters
400 Meter Run
100 Kettlebell Swings
*Both athletes perform the run at the same time.
Did the wod with a partner, took 31:06. Used 65 then 55 for thruster and 20kg KB. Partner used 45 for thrusters and 16kg KB

Did the Metcon from Wednesday since I missed it and it looked fun. Every 5 min for 6 sets: 400m run, 20 Russian KBS 70#, 40 DUs.

Yeah. I was surprised how much my run was suffering in the later rounds despite the long amounts of rest. It was tough to push any faster.

What would be the recommended modification if doing by yourself?
I’d do 50% of the work and then rest the time it took, then do the 400m run.
So 50 swings in 1:30, rest 1:30, 400m run in 1:30, start thrusters, they took 1:30, rest 1:30 again then run…
OR
30 seconds of work, 30 seconds of rest until the swings are done, then immediately into the 400m…
