*During the stretching, try to focus on lowering your heartrate by breathing through your nose. Try to maintain a 4 second inhale and 4 second exhale throughout. Each time you exhale push further into the stretch. When you inhale, relieve yourself a little bit.

85, 90, 95, 105, 110 (Fx1 caught it weird), 110, 115, 120 (Failed multiple times but nailed it eventually.), 125 (5#PR), made a run at 130, just couldn’t get the catch right.

17:15 Rx; 2:28 for run, all OHS unbroken. Running is not my fastest and my knee has been killing me recently. Happy with the consistency between rounds.

B. Done with 500m row and 88 lb kb front squats so I could be in my basement instead of running in the cold rain!
