In teams of two, with only one person working at a time, complete the following:
200 Wall Ball Shots
600 Meter Overhead Carry (45/25 lb plate)
200 Push-Ups
600 Meter Overhead Carry (45/25 lb plate)

During carry, you must perform 3 burpees* each every time you switch the partner carrying the load.

*Burpees may be completed inside the gym at the end of each lap around the block.

Did yesterday’s WOD after doing nothing all week. Had finals this week…

21:27, grip was a killer

now need to get back on it the next few days before i am on travel for work next week. And looks like the hotel i am in only has cardio stuff.

Well since im forever alone I had to do this by myself. Modified a bit

5 rounds for time
20 wall ball shots
20 pushups
300 meter run with wall ball
6 burpee box jumps.

22:41 this was pretty tough for me

Did yesterday’s WOD in 13:20. Will save this for tomorrow to do with the wife. Already thinking about having to carry the plate the entire way because we will have different weights!

23:21…Done with wife, and yes carrying the plate the whole way was an extra level of suck. Did 15 burpees each time.

I was gunning for 18:22, because that’s what we finished it in last time this one came up.

However…I ran a 5k race this morning about an hour before, I think my tank was getting empty. I couldn’t hold the plate overhead and run very far, so I feel we did far more burpees this time. Pushups were terrible of course 🙂

Did it with my girl Kaitlin. Since we had to overhead carry different weights, we just carried them when the other was overhead walking. It was real.

You could cut the reps in half and either rest as needed, or find equal work/rest ratio on the wb & pushups. Cut the run to 300m burpees each time you bring the weight down, and again either rest as needed or equal work/rest ratio.
