Jenny and I broke it up, and went down to 95#, couldn’t get many c2b’s so did butterfly. We did 3 rounds eachave on each section 🙂 Tough. And I kept freakn c&j ing the weight instead of thruster!
That is probably the hardest Saturday workout I’ve ever seen. I take Saturday’s off but may make it up just for the hell of it.
