Still feeling it in my hips and pelvis from Wed so decided to swim today. Did 2 500yd time trials for my workout (7:30 and 8:00 respectively).
That is something I should do more, swim!
Swimming is good for so many things! Have you tried a sensory deprivation tank? You might look into it – great for recovery, meditation and also comfort for when you are further along.
I have not tried that! I will definitely have to look into it. Thanks for the suggestion!

What surprised me is my snatch is a bit higher than this, right about 200 and I was struggling at 155… But then again it has been a minute since I have snatched. Good luck!!!!
