B) didn’t do

Today was hard, hurt all over and no energy. Tomorrows a new day!

Squats, Bench (still having issues with 75 lbs) so I lower her weight 10 lbs and go from there…barbell rows…her squats are looking good
Did not do B…..we’ll do a run this afternoon…..

Still feeling it in my hips and pelvis from Wed so decided to swim today. Did 2 500yd time trials for my workout (7:30 and 8:00 respectively).

Swimming is good for so many things! Have you tried a sensory deprivation tank? You might look into it – great for recovery, meditation and also comfort for when you are further along.

Hang snatch easy, then that snatch whooped me! I just could not get group together to pull it all together. Some days are better than others.

What surprised me is my snatch is a bit higher than this, right about 200 and I was struggling at 155… But then again it has been a minute since I have snatched. Good luck!!!!
