A. 60# dumbbell (Bryan), 20# (Christy) – 10 rounds + 7 dumbbell GTOH
Partner ( new partner)
4rnds with 40# dumbells and C2Bs and he did strict pullups. Lost about 30 secs between transitions of going from weight room onboard to cardio room two decks up.
B. Bench Press (close grip to work on pressing strength)
225×10/255x10285x8/315×8/335×5/355×3
By myself so I did a modified version and added a strength portion.
A. 6 sets of: 3 Pushpress + 2 close grip OH squat
115/135/155/165/175/180fail
B. Every 5 min x 6 sets: 400m run, 10 KB thrusters 50#, 5 weighted pullups 50#.
Roughly 2:30 per each round.
Did this solo. Rested :30 between each exercise to simulate a partner. Lost track of rounds but was somewhere around 9 or 10. Used 40lb db
4rnds with 35# dumbells and normal pullups. Should’ve done the dumbells a bit lighter.
