Workout of the Day
In teams of two, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:
Run 400 Meters
5 Pull-Ups
10 Push-Ups
15 Air Squats
Only one person may be running at a time. While one partner runs, the partner inside the gym should be working through as many rounds as possible of “Cindy” (5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups and 15 air squats). Partners then switch roles once the running partner has returned.

I did 20 cals on the assault bike instead of running because of my shins. They are getting better though.
A. 1 round
B. Cleans up to 255, most sets done at 225
C. Skipped, swell session instead
Having a hard time catching a deep breath even without working out, felt way to constricted after just 1 round of the EMOM. Going to lay off getting my heart rate up too much until I find out what’s going.
Do you think you’re getting sick? We have a nasty bronchitis going around here.
This actually did come along with a cold! But those cold symptoms have mainly cleared up. Bronchitis does seem likely to be the case after reading up on it.
Did 20 minutes solo, no pullup bar so did situps instead, did 5 runs and 15 full rounds….Odette is sick, must be the weather change….running at 4,000 feet of altitude kicks my butt!!!!!
Pretty soon that altitude will be nothing!

Since I was solo I decided to give “Cindy” a go since it had been a year or so.
Cindy: 20+12 ~2 round PR!!! Glad to finally be in the 20’s! Bodyweight workouts are not my sweet spot.

Solo at home. Alternated 2 minutes of Cindy and 400m runs. Started with Cindy and picked up where I left off each time. 21 + 12 reps.

When partners rotate, are they picking up on Cindy where their partner left off or are they starting a round fresh?
Pick up where your partner left off. When you trade, one might tell the other where they are: 6 rounds 5 pull-ups and the partner would start on the push-ups for that round.
